New things ahead...
I have previously blogged before, but didn't have my heart into it. This time I feel like I can with this fresh, new start. I can't believe I'll be moving to Austin in 2 weeks. I just have all these things rushing in my head.
Some may know and others may not that I moved around a lot as a kid until third grade. Not only have I lived in Missouri, but have lived in New Mexico and California too. Although Missouri has brought me great things, I have always felt like it's not really home for me even though I will miss my friends and family. I don't regret anything and I have had so many great experiences and memories here. This blog will be my escape where I can rant and rave. You'll be on the journey with me.
I hope Austin brings me great things. I am very scared, nervous, and excited. I have always felt there is so much more out there for me. A lot of my friends are settling (which there is nothing wrong with that when you're ready & happy) and it's hard to not feel left out. The world can be a lonely place sometimes. It makes me happy that so many people are supportive. Lately, I felt like I was making others happy, and not myself. I'm a big dreamer, and it's time for me to take a chance and do something with my life. This is why I named my blog from a quote from one of my idols Walt Disney, "if you can dream it, you can do it."
That's it for now. Make sure to check out http://www.yummylolly.com/ who made this layout. XOXO,
